Replaced cartridge with a moen 1222
Installed 1” prv, spoke with customer about replacing toilets and water heater
Install light switch and one outlet the master bather room the power incoming went out fan working have a filling cut line to bath room
Replaced failed 50 gal power vented water heater with new 50 gal power vented water heater. Complete with new valves,unions,pan,water alarm and expansion tank. Replaced failed PRV with new Prv with gauge, prior pressure was 85psi.
1. Snaked upstairs hall bathroom tub and shower drain with K 50 sewer machine running 25 feet of cable clearing the blockage at approximately 10 to 15 feet pulling back a lot of hair ...... 2. After clearing the blockage ran water for approximately 10 to 15 minutes everything is working good at this time ....
Replaced seats and springs in lav faucet Replaced cartridge,bonnet nut and handle for tub and shower valve.
So,e hair caught in the popup assemblies needed to be cleaned out. After that was done they drained very well. Outside spigot has a malfunctioning vacuum breaker. Removed and installed a new one. Tested, working fine.
Furnished and installed 40 gallon electric short water heater with pan and expansion tank. Tested and everything is working great at this time.
Cleared Kitchen Sink Stoppage - Replaced paraphrased assembly. Tested flowing properly and no leaks.
Installed sewage ejector pump in sump pump crock
Major rebuild on hallway water closet.
Repaired customers upstairs master bathroom lavatory faucet and drain by removing and installing customers new 2 handle lavatory faucet, After installing the new faucet tested system everything is working good at this time the old faucet was draining very slowly due to the pop up assembly being clogged with a lot of debris, however the new faucet is working very good now
Angered toilet, repiped 1 1/2 pvc Darin line for lavy faucet.
Replace toilet shut off valve 5/8x3/8” compression.
